Ofsted have awarded Treetops Tewkesbury Outstanding in 2 areas of learning.

Our team of childcare porfessionals at Treetops Nursery in Tewkesbury were delighted to receive recognition for their exceptional childcare provision from Ofsted.  Thisnews makes Treetops the only 'OUTSTANDING' nursery offering full day care in Tewkesbury.  The Nursery Manager, Sherrie Vernum, said "we are delighted with the results of our Ofsted inspection.  The staff here are passionate about delivering the very best learning outcomes for children while also creating a fun and stimulating environment.

Ofsted's findings for Treetops Tewkesbury included the following:

"The effectiveness of partnerships with parents and others is OUTSTANDING".

"The extent to which children adopt Healthy Lifestyles is OUTSTANDING.  Babies and children spend ample time enjoying fresh air, being extremely active and readily making positive food choices as part of their well-balanced diet".

"All children are supported by a good ratio of appropriately qualified adults throughout the day".

"Particular attention is paid to ensuring that the environment effectively meets children's requirements.  Mobile children are able to move freely in and out of doors as they wish to explore the stimulating garden resources".

Walk into our nursery and you will want to stay! The genuine warmth of the nursery shines through as you experience our happy children busy at play either in their own rooms or outside with their friends. The children are always involved in stimulating activities and there is plenty for them to do as our nursery is packed full of exciting resources. Our fun loving team are engrossed with the children they are looking after and everyone wears a smile! Facilities

Trips

In addition to the day-to-day activities at the nursery, we organise educational trips out and about.  Where possible we will organise a visit to tie in with a topic that we are covering.  Please note we will always ask for your consent before taking your child out of the nursery environment.

Meals

All meals are prepared by our chef and served in individual children's rooms by the staff.  We always provide a vegetarian option.  We are committed to serving nutritious, well balanced meals and snacks to the children and ensure that mealtimes are a happy occasion and encourage conversation and the tasting of new foods.  Menus are displayed each week on the notice boards.

Off Road Parking

There is off road parking at the nursery to ensure the safe drop off and collection of your child.

Security

Any persons visiting the nursery will have their identity checked if they are not a recognised person.  Only persons named on the registration form are able to collect the child unless we are notified beforehand in writing, giving us security details.

Discounts

A 5% discount is available for any brother or sister who attend part time and a 10% discount for those attending full time. *

Grant Funded Sessions
